Repertorisation That Stays With the Case

HomeoNetix carries Kent, Knerr and Boenninghausen's Characteristics — close to 250,000 rubrics — alongside twelve classical materia medica titles. What makes it different from a standalone repertory is where the work happens: you chart from symptoms already recorded in the consultation, and the finished run is saved to that patient and carried into the next follow-up.

Three repertories, each with its own grading

The repertories ship with every plan, at no extra cost per practitioner:

  • Kent — Repertory of the Homoeopathic Materia Medica, 68,739 rubrics, grades 1–3
  • Knerr — Repertory of Hering's Guiding Symptoms, 151,107 rubrics, grades 1–4
  • Boger — Boenninghausen's Characteristics and Repertory, 29,896 rubrics, grades 1–5
  • Nearly 4,000 remedies across the corpus

Grades are kept native, not rescaled

Kent marks in three grades, Knerr in four, Boger in five. Rescaling them onto a common scale would quietly change the weight of a remedy in a chart, so HomeoNetix keeps each book’s own grading and charts one repertory at a time rather than summing across books that were never built to be added together.

This is a deliberate constraint. A chart that mixes repertories looks more thorough and means less — the totals stop corresponding to anything a practitioner could verify by hand.

Charting from the case, not from a blank sheet

In most repertory tools you retype the symptoms you have already written into the case record. Here the rubrics come from the consultation itself, and the chart lives on the patient afterwards.

  • Search rubrics by keyword or pull them from symptoms recorded in the case
  • Grade each rubric and watch remedy totals update as you work
  • Save the run to the case — the numbers are frozen exactly as you saw them
  • Carry a saved run into the follow-up and compare it against the earlier chart
  • Export to PDF, or attach the chart to the patient record

Twelve materia medica titles beside the case

Once a chart narrows the field, the differentiation happens in the materia medica. HomeoNetix includes twelve classical titles, all public domain, readable without leaving the consultation:

  • Boericke — Pocket Manual of Homoeopathic Materia Medica (686 remedies)
  • Clarke — A Dictionary of Practical Materia Medica (1,010 remedies)
  • Hering — The Guiding Symptoms of our Materia Medica (412 remedies)
  • T. F. Allen — The Encyclopedia of Pure Materia Medica (816 remedies)
  • H. C. Allen — Keynotes and Characteristics · Kent — Lectures on Materia Medica
  • Boger — Synoptic Key and General Analysis · Lippe — Text-Book, Keynotes and Red Line
  • Paterson — The Materia Medica of the Bowel Nosodes

Who can open it

The repertory and materia medica are clinical surfaces, so they follow the same access rule as case records: doctors see them, front-desk and pharmacy roles do not. Repertorisation itself is doctor-only. Nothing here consumes AI credits — charting is unmetered, however much you use it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which repertories does HomeoNetix include?

Three: Kent's Repertory of the Homoeopathic Materia Medica (68,739 rubrics), Knerr's Repertory of Hering's Guiding Symptoms (151,107 rubrics), and Boenninghausen's Characteristics and Repertory by Boger (29,896 rubrics) — close to 250,000 rubrics covering nearly 4,000 remedies. All three are included in every plan.

Can I repertorise across more than one repertory at once?

No, and that is deliberate. Each repertory uses its own grading scale — Kent 1–3, Knerr 1–4, Boger 1–5 — so adding scores across books produces a total that does not correspond to anything you could check by hand. You chart in one repertory at a time, with its native grades intact.

Does repertorisation use up my AI credits?

No. Repertorisation is unmetered — the chart is computed from the rubric grades in the books, not from an AI model. AI credits are consumed only by miasm and case analysis, which are separate features.

What happens to a chart after I save it?

It is stored on the case exactly as you saw it, with the rubrics, grades and remedy totals frozen. At the next follow-up you can carry it forward and build a new chart beside it, so you can see how the picture shifted between visits. Charts can also be exported to PDF or attached to the patient record.

Do I need a separate subscription for each doctor?

No. The repertories and the materia medica library are included in the plan and available to every doctor on the account, with no per-practitioner repertory licence.

Is the Therapeutic Pocket Book included?

Not yet. HomeoNetix currently charts with Kent, Knerr and Boger's Boenninghausen's Characteristics. Boenninghausen's Therapeutic Pocket Book is public domain and on the roadmap, but it is not loaded today and we would rather say so than list a book you cannot chart with.
