Cancellation & Refunds Policy

This Cancellation & Refunds Policy applies to subscriptions to the HomeoNetix Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platform provided by NETIX INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("HomeoNetix", "we", "us" or "our"). HomeoNetix is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product; there are no physical goods to be returned.
1. Free Trial
Eligible plans offer a free trial of up to 7 days. During the trial you can cancel at any time from your account settings without any charge. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan at the end of the trial, your account will be downgraded or suspended and you will not be billed.
2. Cancelling a Paid Subscription
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription within the HomeoNetix portal.
- On cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period. You will not be charged for the next cycle.
- After the paid period ends, the account moves to a limited-access state; you retain read-only access to historical clinical data for a grace period as described in our subscription messaging.
- Cancellation does not automatically delete your data. To request deletion, please contact us at privacy@homeonetix.com — subject to the retention obligations set out in our Privacy Policy and applicable medical-records laws.
3. Refund Policy
Because HomeoNetix is a SaaS subscription, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. The following exceptions apply:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: if you are charged more than once for the same billing period or charged in error, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount in full.
- Failed activation: if a paid subscription cannot be activated due to a verified fault on our side and we are unable to provide the Services within a reasonable time, you may request a full refund of the affected amount.
- Annual plan, first 7 days: if you upgrade to an annual plan and raise a written refund request within 7 days of the first activation of that annual plan, we will refund the unused portion on a prorated basis after deducting any taxes already remitted and any usage-based charges.
Monthly plan fees, partial months, prior-period charges and any usage-based charges (for example, transactional SMS/WhatsApp) are non-refundable.
4. How Refunds are Processed
- Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment instrument through our payment partner (Razorpay).
- Refunds are typically processed within 9–15 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Where the original payment instrument is no longer available, we may issue the refund by NEFT to a verified bank account after KYC confirmation.
5. Service Disruptions & Service Credits
If we fail to meet our targeted monthly availability over a sustained period due to a verified outage on our side, we may, at our discretion, apply service credits to your next invoice. Service credits are not refundable in cash. Outages caused by factors outside our reasonable control (upstream cloud providers, ISP issues, browser/device issues, force majeure, scheduled maintenance) are excluded.
6. How to Raise a Refund Request
To request a cancellation review or refund, please email us with your tenant / clinic name, the transaction reference and a short description of the issue:

We will acknowledge your request within two business days and aim to resolve it within 15 business days of receipt of all the information needed to evaluate it.
