HomeoNetix provides an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platform specifically designed for homeopathic doctors. Our services include:

• Patient record management
• Case-taking tools (CLAMS, miasm tracking)
• Appointment scheduling
• Prescription management
• Analytics and reporting

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of HomeoNetix, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtain proper consent from patients before entering their data
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account with unauthorized users

• Your Data: You retain ownership of all patient data and content you input into HomeoNetix.
• Our License: You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data to provide our services.
• Export: You can export your data at any time in standard formats.

6. Billing and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension

7. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the service. Your data will be retained for 30 days after trial expiration.

8. Intellectual Property

HomeoNetix and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HomeoNetix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeoNetix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeoNetix from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be revoked
• You may export your data within 30 days
• We will delete your data after 90 days unless legally required to retain it

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
