Shipping Policy

NETIX INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("HomeoNetix", "we", "us" or "our") is a service provider offering the HomeoNetix Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and clinic management platform. We do not sell, ship, deliver or warehouse any physical goods.

1. Service-Based Platform

HomeoNetix is delivered entirely as a cloud-hosted, browser-based service. Subscription plans include features such as:

  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) management
  • Patient case management, LSMC (Complete Symptom) analysis and homeopathic consultation tools
  • Appointment scheduling and reminders
  • AI-assisted miasm and rubric analysis
  • Prescription generation, printing and dispatch via email / WhatsApp / SMS
  • Cloud-based data storage, backups and audit logs

All deliverables are accessible immediately through a web browser. No physical product, document or device is shipped to the customer.

2. Shipping Policy Not Applicable

Because HomeoNetix is a software service, the conventional concept of shipping does not apply. We do not:

  • Ship physical products or merchandise.
  • Deliver goods through courier, postal or logistics services.
  • Maintain inventory, warehouses or fulfilment centres.
  • Process orders for tangible items.

3. Service Activation

Upon successful payment and account setup, your HomeoNetix subscription is activated immediately. You can access the platform from any modern web browser without waiting for any physical delivery. Service activation includes:

  • Immediate access to your EMR dashboard and clinic settings.
  • Cloud-based data storage with automated backups.
  • 24/7 availability (subject to scheduled maintenance windows and incidents outside our reasonable control).
  • Automatic software updates and feature enhancements.
  • Email-based technical support per your plan tier.

4. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed through approved payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay) over PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure and SSL/TLS-encrypted channels. Accepted methods include major credit cards, debit cards, UPI and net-banking, and NEFT/bank transfer for annual plans. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
